These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of EmbedReply’s websites, dashboard, chatbot, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
EmbedReply provides tools for businesses to run an AI chatbot on their websites, including content crawling, visitor chat, optional booking features, and a management dashboard.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Do not attempt to break or overload our systems
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use
- Do not misrepresent your identity or your business
Your content
You retain rights to content you provide (such as website pages you ask us to crawl). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use that content only to operate the Service for you.
Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties such as Stripe (payments) and Google Calendar (scheduling). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
Fees
Paid features are billed as described in the dashboard (for example prepaid balance). Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” Chatbot answers depend on your content and third-party AI models and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for how you use the Service on your websites.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmbedReply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
